工作原理：

玻璃真空熱合夾膠機(jī)采用真空袋的原理，對(duì)玻璃進(jìn)行抽真空，在加熱的條件下，將EVA膠片融化，使玻璃及中間材料貼合在一起，從而生產(chǎn)出夾層，夾絲，夾膜或夾膠玻璃。

夾膠機(jī)可將絲布，紙制品，字畫和紫外線單向透視膜，調(diào)光膜等功能膜或特定的膠片，與普通玻璃通過真空熱合，生產(chǎn)出多種功能的工藝夾層玻璃和裝飾玻璃，也可用于玻璃與PC板，玻璃生產(chǎn)不需要附帶，高壓釜和層壓機(jī)。

The working principle of glass vacuum heating & laminating machine

By adopting vacuum bag principle,it can joint glass with EVA films through heating and vacuum glass to make laminated glass.

It laminates two pieces of glass into one whole art glass through heating laminated materials and glass for peptezing under vacuum conditions.This machine normal float glass with silk,cotton,paper products,drawings,PET films or special plastecal films to make various art glass and decorative glass.It can also be used to laminate glass with PC sheet,soft sheet and simple and reliable in structure,low consumpteve in energy,good in quantity.which is widely used in glass processing to meet industrialization requirements of modern enterprises.

1. 烘箱以風(fēng)道式運(yùn)送熱風(fēng)，此設(shè)計(jì)能使機(jī)箱內(nèi)部溫度均勻的進(jìn)行加熱工作。箱內(nèi)熱量均衡、熱損耗小，采用優(yōu)質(zhì)巖棉和硅酸鋁棉材料做成的箱壁，具有良好的保溫效果。

The function and characteristics of glass vacuum heating & laminating machine

 操作注意事項(xiàng)：

1. 電機(jī)必須正傳，如果反轉(zhuǎn)，必須重新接線。

2. 電控箱必須由專業(yè)操作人員操作，檢查電箱時(shí)，必須保證電源完全斷開。

3. 爐內(nèi)溫度高于常溫時(shí)，操作人員切勿走進(jìn)箱內(nèi)。

4. 硅膠條、硅膠板刮抗拉力只達(dá)到普通橡膠的1/5，故一定要小心與玻璃接觸，以免劃破。發(fā)現(xiàn)有破損，用高品質(zhì)的玻璃膠補(bǔ)漏，溫度較高時(shí)硅膠板容易破損，請(qǐng)勿翻動(dòng)。

5. 真空泵要勤換機(jī)油，操作環(huán)境濕度較大時(shí)，機(jī)油會(huì)吸附水分，導(dǎo)致機(jī)油發(fā)白，真空度明顯下降，甚至于水分的增加，使機(jī)油溢出來。機(jī)油在經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的靜置后，水、油分層，水分棄置，上層的機(jī)油可適當(dāng)使用。

6. 真空泵放置的位置要通風(fēng)，已方便散熱。

Operation Cautions

1. the motor turns counterclockwise,cables shall be connected again.

2. Electric cabinet shall be operated by professional technician.When it is examined,power shall be switched off completely.

3. Don’t walk into the amchin when its temperature is higher than moderate temperature.

4. Anti-scratching Tate is only 20％ when the silicone bag in high temperature,so please be careful not be scratched by sharp glass.If damaged easily.

5. Vacuum pump Oil shall be changed regularly.Under working environment,vacuum pump to make low pump suction capacity or oil overflow from pump,clean the vacuum pump when you didn’tuse the pump after two weeks.change oil, let the pump working to make sure pump is ok.

6. Vacuum pump shall be put in a dry and ventilating place for convenience of releasing heat.
