EVA膠全部采用進(jìn)口原料生產(chǎn)，在受熱前為兩表面均呈淺的半透明薄膜，在受熱固化后則具備非常出色的透明性以及與玻璃間的產(chǎn)生非常好的粘結(jié)強度，具有堅韌、透明、耐溫、斷裂伸長率高、耐蝕性好等特性，是當(dāng)前制造夾絲玻璃理想而經(jīng)濟(jì)的粘結(jié)材料。普通透明EVA膠片廣泛應(yīng)用于玻璃與各種夾絲玻璃材料，夾絹玻璃材料，鈦晶絲，金帛絲，蠶絲布等材料的粘結(jié)，其品質(zhì)通過國家安全玻璃及石英玻璃質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢測中心的檢測完全符合夾膠安全玻璃國標(biāo)GB9962-1999的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并通過SGS認(rèn)證。
Normal transparent EVA film is widely used in the sticking of glass with slim silk laminated glass and tough silk laminated glass,titanium wire laminated glass,metal wire laminated glass,silk cloth laminated glass.widely used in the glass laminating procedure,such as figured glass,armoured glass,curve glass etc,construction laminated galss,decorative laminated glass,anti-skidding glass,plastic laminated glass.
Normal transparent EVA film use the importedmaterial,before heating,two sides are light transparent film,after heating,it show very clear transparancy,and high sticky capacity with glass,have the characteristics of tough,transparent,heat-resistant,high break extensibility,good corrosion resistance,it is the economical and dieal material to produc laminated glass.The quality test of safe glass and quarz glass at the National Quality supervision and Inspection Center meet the glass standard of GB9962-1999,and pass the certification of SGS.
EVA膠片的優(yōu)點：
1. 高透明度、高粘著力、耐沖擊性、良好的耐久性。
2. 可以抵抗高溫、潮氣、紫外線等等，并且能長時間的在戶外使用。
3. 在室溫下存放就可以了，EVA的粘著力不受濕度和吸水性膠片的影響。
4. 相比PVB有更強的隔音效果，尤其是高頻率的音效。
5. 低熔點，易流動。
The advantage of normal transparent EVA

2. Can resist high temprature,moisture,UV light etc,and can use long time outdoor.
3. Preserve in room temperature,EVA adhesion will not change because of the hmidity and water absorptivity.
4. Compare to PVB,it have better sound insolation,especially the HF sound.
